Luke Coughlin’s Legal Background

Luke began his legal journey as a claims investigator at Rain Intelligence, where he combined technical investigation with comprehensive legal analysis across various case types, particularly in consumer rights and data protection.

Consumer Rights and Usury Law Expertise

Before joining us, he was an associate attorney at Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC, focusing on a wide range of consumer cases, with a particular focus on usury claims.

Court Admissions and Jurisdiction

Luke is admitted to practice in Illinois state court and the Federal District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
