Britany is an accomplished trial lawyer and litigator. As with most attorneys at the Firm, Britany gained invaluable experience working as a defense attorney as she started her career working as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Chicago Office. While at Kirkland, Britany participated in two federal bellwether jury trials in the largest multidistrict litigation in U.S. history. Britany’s practice focuses on consumer class action lawsuits, with an emphasis on privacy and false labeling cases, as well as complex commercial disputes. She has represented clients in federal court, multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits involving defective products, consumer fraud, toxic tort and environmental cases, information privacy, insurance and contract disputes.
