Britany Kabakov
Britany is an accomplished trial lawyer and litigator. As with most attorneys at the Firm, Britany gained invaluable experience working as a defense attorney as she started her career working as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Chicago Office. While at Kirkland, Britany participated in two federal bellwether jury trials in the largest multidistrict litigation in U.S. history. Britany’s practice focuses on consumer class action lawsuits, with an emphasis on privacy and false labeling cases, as well as complex commercial disputes. She has represented clients in federal court, multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits involving defective products, consumer fraud, toxic tort and environmental cases, information privacy, insurance and contract disputes.

Matthew Langley
Matthew has been involved in dozens of class action lawsuits including data breach and privacy violations, state consumer fraud and deceptive business practices, false advertising and false labeling, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). Before joining Almeida Law Group, Matt was a partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan and Aronoff LLP where he worked alongside David in the firm’s Class Action practice group and on the two-billion-dollar defamation suit involving election fraud claims. Prior to joining Benesch, Matthew was a securities class action attorney at Robbins Geller where he investigated and helped bring securities fraud cases on behalf of shareholders.
