Almeida Law Group Welcomes Wes Griffith as Managing Partner of Its California Office

Sacramento California, May 12, 2025
The Almeida Law Group LLC continues its expansion, adding veteran litigator Wes Griffith as Managing Partner of its California office. Wes brings extensive experience to the role, having spent a decade at two of the nation’s top defense firms, where he represented some of the world’s largest companies in class action lawsuits and other complex litigation.
Since joining the plaintiffs’ class action bar, Wes has been using those same skills to advocate on behalf of his consumer clients.
“We are thrilled and humbled that Wes decided to join our Firm,” said David Almeida, Founding Partner of Almeida Law Group LLC. “He brings a wealth of experience in and talent for complex consumer class litigation that will be a great addition to our Firm.”
Wes is dedicated to tenaciously advancing his clients’ interests through all phases of litigation, including trial and on appeal. Wes has been involved with dozens of significant settlements over the course of his career, including settlements valued at over $100 million, and he has defended those settlements in parallel actions and on appeal.
“I’m excited to be joining the Almeida Law Group,” said Wes. “Too often, we see corporate greed chipping away at the American dream through unlawful and deceptive business practices. Our goal is to lookout for the average American who is doing their best to make an honest living to support their family in the face of growing corporate abuses. I plan to build on the Almeida Law Group’s strong reputation and experience as we continue to grow in California.”
Wes is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Chicago Law School. When not practicing law, Wes enjoys hiking with his dog in the Sierras and refining his negotiation skills with his two young children.
